Is your space in need of a spring spruce up?
Whether you’re planning a new home or tackling a renovation, the Sovereign Hills Display Village is the home of styling advice this September.
The Spring Home Style Showcase features free in-house advice from the award-winning builders located on Port Macquarie’s Sovereign Drive on Saturday, September 7, 14 and 21 between 10am and 1pm.
Pycon Homes and Constructions Interior Designer Lory Suitor will share the latest industry trends with DIY home stylists on September 7.
“The warmer mid-tone sandy timbers are popular and pastels are still trending; the Pantone Colour of the Year is living coral after all,” she shared.
“I’ll be talking about the things you need to keep in mind when building and designing a home, the things people can easily get wrong and how to avoid them.”
Better Homes and Developments will present a design workshop on September 7 focusing on one of the most important areas of the home.
“The kitchen is the heart of the home,” explained Bobbi Jones. “It’s where family and friends come together and we spend a lot of time getting this element right for our clients.
“We have clients who base their whole colour palette on their kitchen.
“We’ll be looking at the latest products, the design, technology and trends, while utilising the expertise of Port Kitchen World.”
On September 14, Perry Homes will explain how to make your bathrooms and kitchens pop with a special presentation from Reece.
“We’re excited to showcase innovative products which combine function and flair for the two hardest working areas of the home,” stated Perry Homes’ Tony Weston.
“Nearly every buyer wants to upgrade their kitchen and bathroom in some form depending on their budget.”
The showcase will run over three Saturdays and includes a landscaping workshop from Stroud Homes, an interior design selections masterclass from Adenbrook Homes, a kitchen design workshop from Sorensen and Caldon Builders.
Hotondo Homes will focus on eco-friendly home design, Coral Homes will present a Hamptons style session, and McDonald Jones Homes will offer advice to help you pick the right floorplan.
Don’t miss free activities for the kids, including a potting station, native tree giveaway to the first 100 attendees each week and a gold coin sausage sizzle.
You can also enter the draw to win a $1,000 home style gift voucher.
